The Receiving Department at Three Z would like to welcome all new and returning drivers to our docks. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please call 217-857-3153 between 6am and 2pm (CST) for an appointment.
The receiving docks are located on the north side of the plant. Take Harvester street north off rt40 and follow the Three Z signs to the docks.
• All loads (except LTL under 10,000lbs.) must call at least 24 hours in advance to setup an appointment. (Call between 6:00am and 2:00pm and ask for Dennis or Robert)
• Check in with the Receiving Office as soon as you arrive, even if you are several hours ahead of schedule, we may be able to fit you into a vacant or cancelled time slot.
• Please call the Receiving Office if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, or if you have to cancel, so we can make necessary adjustments to the schedule.
• Please DO NOT enter warehouse. Someone will be at the receiving office to help you within a few minutes.
Once we begin to unload a truck, it will take us about 15-20 minutes to finish. (please be patient)
Department hours are from 10:00pm on Sunday night thru 8:00pm on Friday night. (CST)
The paper warehouse is a 150,000 sq. ft. building. This is large enough to hold 1,100 fully loaded trucks.
On average, we will take in more than 110 full loads per week plus dozens of LTL loads.
