The Management at Three Z remains the stronghold that keeps the entire plant working together fluently. Three Z has been family owned and operated since its conception in 1978. Armed with firm family values, a strong will, and a belief that God would help them find their way. Twenty-six years later they find themselves operating a printing company more productive than anyone thought possible. Making impeccable decisions on a regular basis, and implementing these choices within days instead of months, helps give us the ability stay ahead of our competitors.
Lorraine Zerrusen is the Treasurer and Co-owner of Three Z Printing. She handles accounts receivable issues along with all finances. In addition, Lorraine takes care of our employee management and hiring. Lorraine's strong faith in God along with an incredible work ethic, has helped her through many tough situations both at work and at home.

Dan Zerrusen is the President and Co-owner of Three Z Printing. He handles our paper purchasing along with his estimating duties. Dan has to make many tough decisions on a daily basis that can impact Three Z dramatically. Taking a common sense, hands on approach to his tasks here at the plant has helped Dan become a very well respected man in the printing industry.

Bill Zerrusen is the Vice- President and Co-owner of Three Z Printing. He handles the pressroom and press scheduling for the plant. Bill's unique ability to maintain efficiency and quality within the press area makes him invaluable to Three Z. Maintaining three shifts of 20 presses is sometimes a daunting assignment, but it's one that Bill takes on wholeheartedly.

Kurt Zerrusen is the Secretary and Co-owner of Three Z Printing. He handles our bindery and shipping departments. Kurt's workload requires him to maintain a warehouse full of finished product, dozens of truck lines, hundreds of destination points, and the production requirements from our most labor intense area of the plant. Yet, he is diverse enough to find proficient means to accomplish his intimidating tasks.
