The Maintenance Department at Three Z is divided into areas of expertise. We have a staff of 7 that concentrate solely on press upkeep. Our shop crew takes care of all tollmotor and other misc. repair, along with any welding or metal work that is needed. The building crew takes care of all needed plant repairs, and any electrical or plumbing needs. The cutting and folding departments both have full-time personnel assigned to help develop and implement new lines of equipment into their areas, along with routine machine maintenance. Although preventive maintenance sometimes goes overlooked, it certainly plays a huge role in the overall production of the Three Z.
Ron, our Maintenance Supervisor oversees every aspect of plant upkeep. Wether its press or shop related.
